After Customers place an order, it will first be sent to our factory for production/tailoring. This production/tailoring period is what we refer to as the processing time. Once the dress is made, it will go through a strict quality inspection and then be shipped to you, which is the shipping time.
Processing time varies by product based on craftsmanship. Please check the product details page for the “Tailoring Time" of each specific dress. We offer Expedited Tailoring for an additional fee of 45 USD. The shipping time depends on the method you choose. Here are the details:
Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days + Expedited Shipping Time: 7-10 Business Days.
Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days + Standard Shipping Time: 9-15 Business Days.
Processing Time: 1 Business Days + Expedited Tailoring Time: 7-12 Business Days + Expedited Shipping Time: 7-10 Business Days.
Processing Time: 1 Business Days + Standard Tailoring Time: 9-18 Business Days + Standard Shipping Time: 9-15 Business Days.

How do I track my order?

Method 2: Visit https://dreamyannie.com/account, click 'Sign In,' enter your email and password, and click 'Log In.' Navigate to 'My Account' to check the logistics status and track your order.
If there is a tracking number, it means your order has been shipped, and you can check the logistics information at any time. If there is no tracking number, it indicates the order has not yet been shipped. Please wait patiently or contact our customer service to inquire about the status of your order.
