Should you encounter any issues with the received goods, please reach out to us within 30 days for resolution, as your satisfaction is at the core of our service philosophy.

General Guidelines

  • Eligibility: 

For standard-sized items, returns and exchanges are available within 30 days after receipt.

Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.

Important Notes

  • Unacceptable Condition: Returns in worn, altered, washed, or damaged condition will not be accepted.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please retain the tracking information.
  • Damage: We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

Custom-size Items

All custom-made products are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues, please notify us within 30 days. Upon review, if the issue is our responsibility, we will provide a satisfactory resolution.

Try-On items

For made-to-order products, when a customer purchases two or more items, we permit the return of only one piece. The production of each dress incurs substantial fabric and labor costs. Therefore, we can't provide multiple fitting services as this would significantly increase these costs. Consequently, we do not permit the purchase of multiple items that the purpose is merely for trying them on. Of course, if you do need two dresses, we'd be more than happy to make them for you.

If, upon receiving the product, you discover quality issues or the size does not match what you ordered, kindly get in touch with us within 30 calendar days to properly resolve the issue.

As our dresses are made-to-order and not stocked, we generally accept returns for quality issues or incorrect sizing. However, if the error is due to incorrect specifications from the customer, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. All our items are made to order. This means we don't keep extra stock in our store. Once you place an order, it's customized for you. So, we do not accept returns for items that are as per your order. Our return policy only covers damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

Exchange Policy

If the size or color you purchased is not suitable, you can apply for an exchange within 30 days of receiving the package. Note that made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Processing

  • Contact Us: Please contact us within 30 days if you have any questions or need to cancel or return your order.
  • Refund Timeline: We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service department. Do not return the package directly to the address on our website or the package, as these are not our designated return addresses.

  • Original and return shipping fees won't be refunded. We may not process refunds for items in unacceptable condition. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

Cancellation Policy

  • Within 2 Hours of Purchase: Full refund.
  • Within 24 Hours of Purchase: 50% partial refund.
  • After 24 Hours: 30% partial refund.

Special Considerations

Minor Issues

  • If the issue is minor, we recommend keeping the dress and offer a 10% to 15% refund for local alterations.

Color issues

  • Please be aware that color aberration may occur due to differences in electronic equipment settings and lighting conditions. Therefore, color aberration is not considered a quality problem.

Size Errors

  • Due to the manual measurement of sizes, a fluctuation of 1 - 2 inches is within the normal range.
  • Modification Service: You can send the dress back to us, and we will modify it within 7 working days. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees both ways.

Customer-Specified Errors

  • If the size or color error is due to incorrect specifications provided by the customer, refunds will not be issued. If you wish to return the item, please contact our customer service at sales@dreamyannie.com for approval.
