If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to any fault on our part, we offer hassle-free returns. We understand how crucial it is to get the perfect dress. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation:

    • Orders canceled within 2 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
    • Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a 50% partial refund.
    • Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 24 hours.
  • Return:

    • If the product arrives damaged or the size is incorrect due to our error, we offer partial or full refunds within 14 days after you receive the package. To process your request, please provide photographic evidence and confirm that the product tags remain intact. Refunds are not applicable if the issue is not caused by Dreamyannie.com.
  • Exchange: 
    • If the size or color you purchased is not suitable and you wish to exchange it, please contact us within 14 days after you receive the package to apply for a replacement. Note that custom products are not eligible for exchange.

Please contact us within 14 days if you have any questions. If you cancel or return your order, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

We cannot accept returns for custom-sized or self-designed dresses, nor for items that have been worn or damaged through improper cleaning methods. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor displays and lighting conditions, but rest assured our products are of high quality. Returns made without prior communication will not be credited.

 If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 business days of receiving the item. The item must be returned to us within 14 days (from the date received).

When returning an item, please include a detailed explanation in the return package (including the order number, receiver, and reason for the return).

We recommend keeping the dress if the issue is minor; in such cases, we offer a 20% to 30% refund for local alterations. We can only process your refund once we receive the item in good condition.

Size Errors

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our gowns, the final product may vary by approximately 1-2 inches from the specified measurements. If the dress does not match the ordered specifications:

  • We offer a modification service. You can send the dress back to us, and we will modify it within 7 working days. In this case, customers are responsible for the shipping fees both ways.

Errors Caused by Customer Specifications

If the size or color error is due to incorrect specifications provided by the customer during the purchase, refunds will not be issued. If you wish to return the item, please contact our customer service at DreamyAnnieofficial@gmail.com. After receiving approval for the return, please send the item back to our factory address.
